We ship within the USA via USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail. Priority Mail has a 2-3 day delivery time, and express mail is typically overnight if the package is received before 11am PST. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the postal service. Orders are processed Monday through Fridays excluding holidays. Orders received on weekend days, and holidays will begin processing the next business day. Shipping times may vary due to availability of merchandise and an email of notification will always be sent. Due to the fact that many of our products are ordered in small amounts, a busy buying day can result in products becoming out of stock while item is still in shopping cart. In this case, an email notification will also be sent regarding options for the out of stock item whether it be a refund or change of order. Orders are not delivered on the weekends or federal holidays.

Feel free to also email us ahead of time for shipping overseas costs. For international purchases, we ship via USPS First Class Airmail, Priority Mail, and Express Mail. First class airmail typically arrives in 1-2 weeks, but can be faster depending on your location. Priority mail also comes in 1-2 week and express mail arrives within 5 days from leaving our location. If your order arrives damaged or you receive something different than what you ordered, contact us so we can arrange an exchange/return, meaning STORE CREDIT only and no refunds.
- Defected items?

Any defected items will be under management approval. If you have received a defected item please email us at sales@freshfruitt.com with your. / Name/ Order number/ Description of item/defect You will reply back with an email as soon as possible. All items are checked thoroughly before shipping and every customer case will be treated differently according to the defect. However, unless otherwise mentioned through email all defective items will be treated with the same policy as returns/exchanges, meaning STORE CREDIT only and no refunds.
- Can I Cancel Orders?

Unfortunately once an order is processed we cannot cancel the order. You may add items to your order but no deletions or cancellations can be made. The best option is to wait to receive the item/s and from there return your order for store credit. We do not do REFUNDS, store credit only.
